Product Warranty

The Uvero product warranty protects the original purchaser of Uvero products and covers:
– Up to two alterations of tailor-made earpieces for fit and comfort
– No hassle returns within the first 30 days
– One year limited warranty against defects
Earpiece Alterations
To have your Uvero earpieces altered reach out to us at customerhappiness@uvero.com and we will coordinate all the details for you.

If needed, we will repeat this process a second time within 60 days of when you first received your original earpieces. If you’re still not satisfied, simply return the earphones/earpieces in the original packaging to Uvero at 155A New Boston Street, Woburn, MA 01801 and we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.

No-Hassle Returns
If you find that the Uvero product is not right for you then you may return it to us within 30 days of when you received it and we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. To receive a refund, simply bring or ship the Uvero product with the original packaging and a copy of your payment receipt to the Uvero location at 155A New Boston Street, Woburn, MA 01801. Email us with any questions you have.

Limited Warranty
Uvero warrants that Uvero products are substantially free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date that you first received them. During the warranty period, we will replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. To make a warranty claim, you must return the defective product to Uvero at 155A New Boston Street, Woburn, MA 01801.

Exceptions:
We do not warrant items that are modified, misused or damaged.
We do not warrant items that have had unauthorized repairs.
Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Our warranty does not cover discoloration that may occur over time.

Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES MADE IN THIS POLICY ARE THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES REGARDING ALL GOODS AND SERVICES THAT YOU PURCHASE FROM US, AND WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO CUSTOM TIPS, REPLACED TIPS, HEADSETS, EARPHONES, OR OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED OR MADE AVAILABLE BY US TO YOU, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Sole Remedy
Our sole and exclusive liability and your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to Items is replacement or refund as described in this policy. There are no other remedies.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, UVERO IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSS OR DAMAGE WITH RESPECT TO THIS POLICY, OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO GOODS AND SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU, EVEN IF UVERO HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This limitation of liability will apply even if this policy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions will not allow us to limit our liability or disclaim warranties as provided in this policy. For such jurisdictions, this policy will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
