JOHN BOJANOWSKI
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John joined Lantos in October 2018. Under his leadership, the company has built out our commercial and executive teams, launched the Lantos 3D Ear Scanning System in March 2019, and enabled the manufacture of thousands of custom–built devices for hearing assistance, personal audio, sports safety, work safety, noise suppression, and more. Our customers include private practice audiologists, large hospital systems, US military, defense contractors, and pro and consumer audio companies.
John’s career spans more than 25 years in the medtech space working for large, global healthcare companies as well as for early-stage startups. He has been a regular speaker at industry events including the American Telemedicine Association, Digital Health Summit, International Consumer Electronics Show, Healthcare Tech Outlook, and Connected Health and Smart Home.
Prior to joining Lantos, John was President of Honeywell Life Care Solutions, focused on telehealth for remote management of patients with chronic diseases. John has also held senior leadership positions in sports medicine with Smith & Nephew and Scandius BioMedical, which was acquired by Covidien. John started his medtech career with US Surgical, which was acquired by Tyco Healthcare. He is a graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech with a degree in marketing. John is the reigning champion of the annual Lantos March Madness Cornhole Tournament.

DAVID MACKEY
PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Dave joined Lantos in June 2017 with nearly 20 years of building financial and operational teams at early stage companies and leading strategic corporate transactions for companies of all sizes. Before coming to Lantos, Dave was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Simply Coached, a software startup focused on providing AI-enabled executive coaching across entire organizations, and the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development at AgNovos Healthcare, a privately held medical device company focused on osteoporosis and bone health.
That experience was preceded by roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns, where he advised boards of directors and senior executives and led M&A, equity and debt transactions across several industry verticals. Prior to that, he was a corporate lawyer at Goodwin Procter and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Dave earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Colorado State University.

Paul arrived at Lantos in March 2020 with more than 20 years of experience in key leadership positions in the hearing health industry. He brings a proven track record of closely supporting hearing healthcare providers, medical offices and business owners to dramatically improve their practices and provide superior healthcare outcomes for patients.
Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at AuDConnex, LLC. Before that, Paul was Senior Vice President at Elite Hearing, LLC, Amplifon Americas, where he spent 8 years successfully driving strategy, operations, revenue production and profitability, resulting in unparalleled membership and revenue growth. Prior to this, he served first as Regional Director of the Midwest, and later as Managing Director, Corporate Accounts, at Starkey, LLC, where he focused on Starkey’s largest independent customer groups. Other notable positions include regional sales roles at GN ReSound and Sonic Innovations. Paul believes that a people-focused culture is the catalyst for explosive, sustainable growth. In addition to his work in the hearing health industry, Paul is an avid runner—which gives him a fighting chance at keeping up with his 5 children.

ELIZABETH THOMPSON, AU.D.
VP, INNOVATION
Elizabeth is a seasoned executive with a demonstrated history of success in audiology that spans clinical practice, university research and teaching, hearing aid manufacturing and medical device development. Before joining Lantos in October 2018, Elizabeth led various sales and marketing functions at Phonak US for more than 10 years, with a specific interest in the government channel. Elizabeth is a proud graduate of Indiana University, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees prior to attending Salus University for her Doctorate of Audiology. She’s also an avid sports fan.

LEAH BOWEN-COGSWELL
VP, HUMAN RESOURCES
Leah came to Lantos in early 2020 with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources within the life sciences and technology industries. She devotes her time to ensuring the best possible experiences and opportunities for Lantos employees, new hires and prospective candidates. Most recently, Leah was head of HR at an early-stage biotech company, Codiak BioSciences, where she was instrumental in the formation of the company and directed matters relating to talent, compensation and benefits, organization design, culture, training and employee communications.
Prior to that, Leah worked as Sr Director, HR for BionX Medical Technologies. Before BionX, she spent 15 years as an HR consultant, holding a number of HR leadership roles within the private and public sector. Leah began her career in Sales in the technology sector and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Journalistic Studies from UMass-Amherst.

BRIAN FLIGOR, PH.D., PASC
CHIEF AUDIOLOGY OFFICER
A board-certified pediatric audiologist, Brian is also the owner and staff audiologist of a four-provider, two-location private audiology practice, Tobias & Battite Hearing Wellness of New England. Prior to joining Lantos in 2014, Dr. Fligor was Director of Diagnostic Audiology at Boston Children’s Hospital and Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School.
Brian is an adjunct faculty at Salus University, a consultant member of the Children’s Oncology Group, chair of the World Health Organization Make Listening Safe Taskforce on manufacturing standards of headphones, and founder and past-chair of the Music-Induced Hearing Disorders Taskforce for the National Hearing Conservation Association. Brian holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and doctorate in Audiology from Boston University, as well as a post-doctoral research fellowship from Harvard Medical School. In addition to his publications on hearing loss risk from music received considerable media attention, Brian was spoofed on The Late Show with David Letterman in 2005.
